If you have been craving a little bit of Spring in your wardrobe, you must join me this Thursday night at Neiman Marcus as they kick off the season in style with Neiman Marcus Fashion Rules Event. This big soiree\u2019 promises to be an exciting event celebrating the world\u2019s top designers and local scene-makers, from clothing to cosmetics,. The evening is all about showcasing the hottest trends straight from the runway\u2026and there will be something for everyone! It starts at 5 pm and runs through 7:30.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The Spring trends will be highlighted in the Fashion Rules Lounge where guests can browse the latest and greatest. And I will be a part of the local celebrity style panel along with a bevy of fashionistas including Kate Birchler and Cindy Threadgill from Scottsdale Fashion Square and my longtime pal Terri Camberlango from The Agency AZ (if you don\u2019t know her\u2026she is one of the most chic women around!). Plus there will be plenty of other fashion experts plucking fashionable shoppers from the crowd and giving them gold stars (so to speak) on their fashion sense. I mean really, who doesn\u2019t want to be the best dressed girl on their block? We are definitely talking about bragging rights here\u2026<\/p>\n

Some of the trends that will be highlighted that evening are: Boho Chic, The season\u2019s prints\u2014 Flower Power and Rocking stripes, White Done Right, Accessories that go the Distance, (that\u2019s my area for the evening so be sure to put on your best long necklaces, killer heels and chic belt!), Crazy for Coral and Wild about wide leg\u2026do you dare to flare?<\/p>\n

Of course there will be plenty of food and drink like eats from Bryan\u2019s Black Mountain Barbeque, Ice cream from Scoop Factory, Sweet treats from Ztejas and plenty more. <\/p>\n

And lest we forget the cultural side, there is a preview of the upcoming Phoenix Art Museum exhibits presented by the Arizona Costume Institute, and An evening with The Arizona Opera.<\/p>\n

Events will be going on throughout the store including a Donald Huber Personal appearance, Kara Ross trunk show, Manolo Blahnik trunk show, the Etro event and the Beauty event in cosmetics.<\/p>\n

I for one am so very ready to start donning the spring trends and can\u2019t wait to see what Neiman Marcus has in store for us that evening.
