  • Your names

  • The date of the wedding

  • The name of the venue (with city and state)

If you’re up for it, create a wedding website to share details with your guests. This URL can be shared on your Save the Date so that guests can share even more in your excitement for the big day.

Question 4: How do I phrase the information?

This is totally up to you. If you are more casual, then a casual tone is fine. It’s okay to say things like “come hang with us in Hawaii!” If you are more formal and would like the tone of your wedding to be the same, then use more formal language, such as “We are delighted to announce . . .”
