The heat has reached a boiling point this summer, and we know it’s not cooling down anytime soon...per usual each year.

Fall weddings in Arizona are the perfect time to enjoy an outdoor wedding – and not sweat through your dress! Here are seven trends that are perfect for fall weddings:

  •      Colors:  Think mono-chromatic. This look is going to be huge for fall of 2015. The monochromatic scheme is very easy on the eyes, popular color schemes will be blue or green hues. Keeping it simple will add a flare of elegance.
  •      Flowers: We will see less of the bold wildflower variety, and more classic colors. A huge trend with flowers this year is a pale pallet of colors in the petals, and eye-catching vases.
  •      Ombre: Following the mono-chromatic theme, ombre bridesmaid dresses aren’t going anywhere this year. Take advantage of this trend while you can. Your wedding photos will look adorable and be perfect for your Instagram feed. And, the ombre trend won't be too "out-there" where you'll look back in 10-years and think "why did I choose that?" The trend is still sophisticated and ellegant especially in pale tones.
  •      Wedding Gowns: Off the shoulder gowns are the way to go and are very cimplimenting to a woman's figure. The dresses are very classic and clean, sometimes with a whimsical look. With brides stepping away from traditional weddings, covering your shoulders is not a concern for many anymore, so this look is going to be incorporated.
  •      Catering: It's all about comfort food, ladies! More and more couples are including comfort food staples like mac and cheese with different types of slider burgers and soups. Another trend? Food trucks! Not only are they big in the culinary world, they are making leaps into the wedding world as well.
  •      Rustic Chic: Mason jars, burlap, and lace are still popular on every Pinterest wedding board, and in real life. One change? The burlap is being replaced by sparkles, and lights are coming down in favor of chandeliers. Still rustic, still chic, still gorgeous.
  •      Rose Gold: It’s made a big leap in jewelry in the last few years, and now its headed down the aisle. Try starting with small touches such as the containers that your flowers will be held in, or the necklace that you wear. Not the entire wedding ensemble.

Outdoor venues are the place to be for Fall weddings and there are plenty of gorgeous backdrops throughout our state. Use these seven trends in such areas to adorn your wedding and wedding details for the picture-perfect evening.
