-The Pool Deck-for an outdoor setting perched atop the second floor overlooking the desert and city skylines, The Pool Deck offers up a beautiful open-air gazebo for vows. Available for ceremony.
-The Pavilion Room-a more intimate setting for up to 150 guests, The Pavilion Room glows with recessed lighting from 10-foot chandeliers. Available for reception.
No matter the venue you chosen, the Ritz-Carlton’s excellent culinary team is able to provide an extensive food and beverage service for your guests. While their excellent culinary team caters all events held at the Ritz-Carlton, you may choose to have an outside vendor prepare your wedding cake, or choose the in-house pastry chef ready to customize your dream creation.
Along with providing all food and beverages, the hotel also provides tables and chairs, white table linens, silverware and glasses, a dance floor, chair set-up and staging, rehearsal time, and on-site Wedding Concierge to assist your guests. Additional items such as specialty linens, welcome baskets, menu cards, etc can be accomodated by request.
Outdoor music, wedding cake, photography, and flower vendors are allowed and a list of preferred vendors is available from your wedding professional. They are also ready to help you choose your perfect music accompaniment. Choose from harpist, saxophonists, classical duos or quartets, jazz or salsa bands, or a DJ.
As for the lucky bride and groom, a complimentary guestroom is provided on the night of their wedding, and preferred rates are available for those attending.
