Italian Apple
In the Florida oasis Winter Park,
Luma on Park and Prato, two notable restaurants bring a touch of winter to the Sunshine State with the Italian Apple.
1 teaspoon sliced apples
1 ounce Calvados (apple brandy)
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Prosecco
Combine Calvados and fresh lemon in a Champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with a sliver of apple and serve.

The Rose Petal
This ethereal drink is the creation of beverage director Tyler Drinkwater at
Ellabess, the restaurant at the Nolitan Hotel in Manhattan.
1/2 ounce rose water
1 ounce Hendricks
2 dashes simple syrup
Combine ingredients in a Champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with the edible flower of your choice.

Las Perlas specializes in small-batch, artisanal tequila and mezcal.
2 ounces Del Maguey Vida Reposado Mezcal
3/4 ounce [ginger] snap liqueur
1/2 ounce Caffé Lolita
1 teaspoon allspice dram
Bitter Tears peppercorn bacon bitters
Combine ingredients, stir and pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve.
