Indoor Cycling Comes to High Street at The Dailey Method

Get ready to ride into summer with a rocking bod because High Street fitness hot spot The Dailey Method is now offering new cycle classes, in addition to its schedule of popular barre and yoga classes. The studio which recently re-opened doors earlier this year will add 45-minute spin classes multiple times throughout the week catering to every fitness level.

Fitness enthusiasts can get their sweat on for a good cause with The Dailey Method on Saturday, June 3 during a charity class benefitting the Movemeant Foundation, which enables young women to feel confident about their bodies by empowering them with the tools to be active. The session will be held outside on High Street at 7:30am to beat the summer heat.

Dailey Method’s new 2,000 square foot studio features two workout rooms, a dressing room and two restrooms with full showers for guests to use after class. In addition, The Dailey Method offers childcare in a separate room which makes it convenient for parents to workout. Chic workout apparel, equipment and other goodies are sold in the lobby.

The Dailey Method’s trainers help members build a strong, lean, sculpted body by combining the best of Pilates, yoga, and ballet barre training for individuals at every fitness level.
