This September, the Marriott’s Camelback Inn will officially be on their way to attracting a younger, hipper crowd with the addition of a popular New York steak site. The Chaparral room previously delighted diners at the Camelback Inn, providing a more traditional, formal affair. However, with the resort’s $45 million renovations complete, the addition of BLT Steak in place of the Chaparral room will help to finish off the changes and create an energy more appealing to younger generations. Chef Laurent Tourondel has created numerous BLT successes (BLT stands for Bistro Laurent Tourondel), such as BLT Prime and BLT Fish in places like New York and Los Angeles. BLT Steak prides itself on combining traditional French dining with a contemporary American steakhouse style. www.bltsteak.com.
