Free Yoga Classes at Blissful Yoga

Yogis on a budget or looking for a new studio, read on! Blissful Yoga is expanding and opening a new location in Phoenix at The Shops at Norterra this upcoming September and is celebrating with one free week of unlimited yoga for all (current member or not)! The free week coincides with National Yoga Month and will mark Blissful Yoga’s one year anniversary at its Arrowhead location.

From Sept. 1-7, yogis of all practices can enjoy free unlimited yoga at either of their locations (Arrowhead or Norterra). There will be no strings attached at either location. Anyone interested in enjoying free yoga simply needs to show up and feel good!

*The new location will be located at 2510 West Happy Valley Road in Phoenix.

*The Arrowhead location is located at The Citadelle Plaza: 19420 N 59th Avenue, Suite H 800, Glendale.

Sept. 4-5 is Yoga Jubilee at Blissful Yoga!

Sept. 4: the Norterra Location will celebrate with events throughout the day.
9:30-11:30 a.m. Bliss Flow with a hip emphasis

11:45-1:45 p.m.-Arm balance and inversion
(Bakasana/Tittibasana/Koudinyasana & headstand)
Rosa Rendon teaching – Live music by Rara Avis

2-4 p.m. YinYasa with a hip emphasis
Amber Samplin teaching – Live music by Trevor Hall

Sept. 5: Arrowhead location will take over celebrating with a variety of classes and live music.
