Be whisked away through six gorgeous luxury homes during the Arcadia/Biltmore Dream Home Tour on Oct. 19.
At 1 p.m. that day, the tour begins at the Paradise Valley Design Center, where an interior designer from Paradise Valley Interiors will join attendees on chartered transportation and discuss designer detailing on each of the six homes and how to recreate those looks. The homes are currently on the market for $1 million to $6 million each.
Guests along the tour will also have the chance to tour “pocket listings,” including:
- a 6,900-square-foot Biltmore hillside retreat that boasts a breathtaking panoramic city and mountain view, and is listed at a cool $4 million,
- a 6,300-square-foot architectural masterpiece with stunning city views that’s listed at $6.3 million,
- and an added sneak peak preview of the $4.3 million home that will be featured on the upcoming Paradise Valley Dream Home tour.
After touring the beautiful French Country- and Santa Barbara-style homes, guests will be transported back to the PV Design Center for a private reception with refreshments and the opportunity to meet the beneficiary charity representatives.

Tickets are $45 per person and will benefit local charities, including the Phoenix Symphony and JDRF Desert Southwest Chapter.
