McDowell Mountain Music Festival
April 24 & 25

The annual April McDowell Mountain Music Festival is about to kick off! Each year the festival brings 13 diverse bands that play anything from reggae to rock. So make a day of it and bring the kids because unlike other festivals, this one includes camping, an RV park, silent auction/raffle, VIP area, marketplace, Kid’s Zone and more.

Robin Thicke and Jennifer Hudson Tour

Dodge Theatre

Cricket Wireless Pavilion
The much-awaited and multiple Grammy Award winner Dave Matthews Band is heading to the Valley to perform at the Cricket Wireless Pavilion after four long years. The ever-so-popular band will play songs that have yet to be released from their upcoming album. Opening the show for Dave Matthews will be The Avett Brothers.

Mesa Amphitheatre
The up and coming alternative rock band, Kings of Leon, is on tour and will perform at the Mesa Amphitheatre on May 19. Heard all over the radio, their new album “Only By the Night” will be played at this soon to be sold out concert.

  10. Not sure I’d want to see any of these concerts. Where’s the “Unwigged & Unplugged: An Evening with Christopher Guest, Michael McKean, & Harry Shearer” of “This is Spinal Tap?” Or Fleetwood Mac on May 24th? Or Eric Clapton & Steve Winwood? Yeah they’re here in June, but if you want to talk two gentlemen that shaped the music industry . . . . .
