Each spring, visitors from across the country flock to the Valley to see the best in baseball train under the warm Arizona sun. To kickoff 2013 Cactus League Spring Training, the Scottsdale Charros is hosting it second annual Spring Training Festival in the heart of downtown Scottsdale’s Civic Center Mall.
The volunteer-based group of business and civic leaders will host family-friendly entertainment, including Mad Science of Baseball interactive exploratorium exhibits, live music, entertainment, merchandise, rare memorabilia and tons of tasty eats in Yelp’s Kitchen Stadium- where a roundup of local restaurants put their signature twist on America’s favorite baseball stadium food fare. In addition, hall of fame greats from Cactus League teams will be on hand to take photos and sign autographs for fans!
New to the festival this year is the exclusive Maya Beach Club VIP Dugout that will host a day-life party with DJ E-Rock. The Dugout is a sneak peek of what to expect from the highly anticipated Maya Day & Night Club- Triyar Entertainment’s newest 20,000-square-foot beach club set to open in Spring 2013 in Scottsdale.
