Ok so it’s not quite Christmas yet, but doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy an eyeful of magnificent lights! On both Nov. 20 and Dec. 18 from 7 to 11 p.m., Scottsdale Public Art will put on light-based art and music celebrations alongside the Scottsdale Waterfront.
