Ladies of Phoenix, your dream has come true! Bloomingdales, the prestigious New York department store, has announced its plan to build in the new up-and-coming City North plaza in Phoenix! “Bloomies”, the urban shopping wonderland, is set to open in Fall of 2009, alongside a brand new Nordstrum.
