Jonathan’s Cork—which specializes in fine southwest dining—will be serving its regular dinner menu along with Valentine’s Day specials. Specials range in price from $22 to $44. Seating times are 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 7 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 9 p.m., and 9:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended.

Lodge on the Desert will be offering a six-course prix fixe menu for $75 per person. Menu items include Braised Short Ribs with creamy polenta, spinach, and braising jus, as well as Grilled Shetland’s Salmon with winter lentils and orange-fennel salad. Seatings are at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
