First Annual Tucson Modernism Week
The Tucson Historic Preservation Foundation is proud to help launch Tucson Modernism Week 2012: November 9, 10 & 11. The three‑day event is a series programs, film, lectures and events highlighting and celebrating Tucson’s Midcentury Modern design and architecture. This inaugural schedule emphasizes the Modernist Buildings of Broadway Boulevard between Country Club and Campbell Avenue. The event is from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Broadway Corridor.

Hike to Romero Pools
Sabino Canyon volunteer naturalists will lead a hike from the trailhead at the east end of the main paved road into Catalina State Park to Romero Pools. The hike will take place at 8:30 a.m. and is three to four hours and six miles long.
