Social House (SoHo) officially opened its doors in Tucson on August 27, 2012. Social House Kitchen & Pub is a gastro pub, focused on serving original and delicious appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees created by San Diego Chef Ben Lieberman.
Lieberman says that the home cooked meals are made from scratch, resulting in traditional comfort food with a modern, upscale twist. With Lieberman’s unmatched experience at multiple hotspot restaurants around the Southwest, he makes the perfect executive chef for SoHo.
The “modern upscale gastro pub setting” both relaxes and energizes its guests, with an industrial feel. The exposed brick walls, wood floors, open ceilings, and community area with oversized booths make SoHo a warm and inviting environment for everyone.
SoHo offers a lunch, happy hour, and dinner menu featuring delicious, homemade entrée items that are paired perfectly with the wine selection and 32 craft beers on tap. The Crispy Ahi Tuna with apple kimchi, tempura asparagus, and soy caramel, for $18, will fulfill any craving for seafood one may have. The Social House Extreme Burger with foie gras, fried egg, truffle aioli, and provolone, for $18, gives elegance and decadence to the traditional, comforting burger. Firecracker Duck Drums, Bacon & Eggs, Spiced Venison Carpaccio, and the Blackened Salmon Tataki are also highlights of the menu. Don’t forget to try the Guinness Chocolate Cake of Passion Fruit Margarita Panna Cotta for something sweet after your tasty meal.
