The pool of course is one of the splashiest luxuries in this newly built home. (Michael recently sold his Baltimore home and he and fiancee Nicole recently welcomed their first child.)

 Fit for an Olympian King, the five bedroom, for which he paid $2.5 million, is a masterpiece!

Henry Mohrschladt, the award-winning builder of world-class sailboats & yachts, teamed up with Craig Banner of American Tradition Builders to create the stunning abode.
