The idea started at an open house which realtor Christine Espinoza of HomeSmart Realty Arizona was hosting for the Phoenix property. “Does the car come with the house,” one of the attendees joking asked, as one of the guests was admiring the 2014 Tesla in the garage. 

 So, Christine Espinoza and the homeowner decided to capitalize on that with some creative marketing. Especially since the condition of the home was already a plus and the homeowner will be downsizing to a new home. 

The 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has a stunning backyard that includes fountains, a pergola, spa and fireplace. And remember, the furniture in the dining room above is also included in the full price deal.
