If you’re a Scottsdale-based foodie, we’ve got some great news to share: Hilton Village has announced the addition of two new restaurants (along with additional retailers and a design refresher) to its dining lineup. Tap House Kitchen and Nekter Juice Bar are slated to open in the fall. “We are polishing this exceptional property that already has a strong following in Scottsdale,” says Mike Ebert, Managing Partner, for RED Development. “RED is reinvesting in Hilton Village with the kind of updates that make a difference for shoppers and retailers — from updating courtyards and improving signage to basics like resealing the parking areas. New retailers and new restaurants also add to the appeal of this popular retail property.”
Tap House Kitchen will be a 3,500-sq.-ft. gastro pub with an upscale bent. It will dish out small plates including Bavarian pretzel bread bruschetta, innovative salads and BYOBs (Build Your Own Burgers) with grass-fed beef, gourmet cheeses, sauces and more. Thirsty? Tap House Kitchen will offer 24 craft and local beers on tap.
Nekter Juice Bar (pictured, a favorite in California) is a raw, 100 percent natural juice bar serving vegan juices, smoothies, nutritious snacks, acai bowls and cleanse programs. Nekter will occupy a 1,400-sq.-ft. space at Hilton Village this fall.
In addition to the restaurants, Scottsdale’s Hilton Village will also add CVS, Chico’s and Urbayn. www.hiltonvillage.com.
