Christmas Day brunch at The Phoenician spotlights a carving station of prime rib and honey-glazed ham; breakfast classics including brioche French toast and made-to-order omelets; a sushi and raw bar; seasonal fruit; and a pasta and risotto bar–all complemented by a selection of house-made pastries and desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Roy Pell.
The Boulders’ Grill restaurant will be featuring a three-course steak and lobster meal by Executive Chef, Michel Pieton on Wednesday, Dec. 24. For dessert, eggnog bread pudding with cinnamon ice cream and drunken raisins.
The Boulders’ signature Latilla restaurant will be featuring a four-course meal featuring organic and naturally grown ingredients on Thursday, Dec. 25. One of the menu standouts is roasted free-range turkey with buttermilk mashed potatoes, maple-glazed sweet potatoes, traditional chestnut stuffing, Brussels sprouts, wild sage-giblet gravy, and cranberry relish.
Celebrate the Feast of the Seven Fishes at Taggia at Scottsdale’s FireSky Resort on the 24th and 25th. On Christmas Eve from 5:30 p.m. to close and Christmas Day from 11 a.m. to close, enjoy grilled lobster with garlic, lemon and herbs, linguine with cherry tomatoes, and brandy tomato sauce and much more.
The Wigwam will feature a holiday buffet dinner on Christmas Day of farm-fresh salads and roasted corn and shrimp chowder accompanied by a line-up of favorite holiday side dishes. Entrée stations include roasted turkey, agave-glazed ham, and roasted prime rib complete with a chef’s holiday dessert display.
Featuring a local menu with Arizona produce and fare, enjoy a plated family-style meal at Litchfield’s from 5 to 7 p.m. Entrees include roasted suckling pig, broiled natural goose breast, cast iron sea bass and Cedar River prime rib.
Christmas Eve specials at Phoenix City Grille include a delectable roasted prime rib with a guajillo chile jus, smoked onion rings and roasted garlic whipped potatoes. The restaurant is also featuring a mouthwatering pan-seared sea bass with sunchoke mash, Meyer lemon beurre blanc, French green beans and pomegranate salsa. Also available is a surf-n-turf feature.
Enjoy Christmas Eve at Rusconi’s American Kitchen in Phoenix. Main courses include cast iron-roasted breast of natural chicken and pan-roasted wild sea bass.
Christmas Day brunch at The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix includes a chilled seafood display, cheese and cured meats, blueberry pancakes and Belgian waffles, carving station, dessert display and much more.
On Christmas Day, all five Valley RA Sushi locations will be open from 4 to 11 p.m. The complete menu will be offered, including RA Sushi’s seasonal specials, such as the Lobster Ceviche, Salmon Kinoko, Spiced Mule cocktail and Red Bellini.  On Christmas, RA Sushi will also offer happy hour specials from 4 to 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. to close.
The three-course Christmas Day menu at J&G Steakhouse at The Phoenician includes the likes of butternut squash soup, grilled filet mignon, red velvet sundae and much more.
Christmas Day at the acclaimed elements restaurant will feature a four-course dinner by executive chef and Food Network star Beau MacMillan, served from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Menu highlights include roasted parsnip soup with shallot confit, toasted pecans and maple cream; escargot ‘pot pie’ with hon shimeji mushrooms, spinach, candied fennel, and soy caramel; herb roasted guinea hen with braised cabbage, wild rice, celery root hash and natural jus; and much more.

Celebrate the holiday with a spectacular buffet dinner overlooking the city lights at Different Pointe of View restaurant. Serving Christmas Dinner on Dec. 25 from noon to 7 p.m., carving and grill stations will feature slow-roasted prime rib, roasted breast of young tom turkey, and smoked Berkshire pork loin, as well as delicious seafood offerings.
Enjoy a comfortable and cozy holiday buffet dinner at Pointe In Thyme, served on Dec. 25 from noon to 6 p.m. Carving board favorites include herb-crusted prime rib, maple-glazed ham and brined and roasted turkey. Savory entrees include grilled New Zealand lamb chops, pork loin, and seared grouper served up with sides.
Gather the family and celebrate with a Down-Home Christmas Feast served on Dec. 25 from noon to 10 p.m. at the Western BBQ smokehouse Hole-In-The-Wall. Served family-style, the dinner includes bottomless salad, cornbread and muffins, an entrée platter featuring house-smoked turkey, pineapple-glazed ham, and mesquite brisket,  and choice of three sides.
Rico’s American Grill is serving a festive holiday buffet dinner on Dec. 25 from 2 to 8 p.m., carving stations will feature citrus-glazed pork belly, oven-roasted tri-tip, and pineapple-glazed ham, plus much more.
