It’s a good time to be of the carnivorous kind: Chef Laurent Tourondel’s BLT Steak just opened at Camelback Inn. I got to sample the goods last night when AFM sponsored the restaurant’s opening soiree–and after a single bite of steak smothered in red wine sauce, I instantly became a fan. Check it for yourself ASAP and don’t miss the spacious patios, complete with cozy seating and crackling fireplaces–and Chef Tourondel’s favorite feature, the lovely desert views. www.camelbackinn.com.
