It’s a good time to be of the carnivorous kind: Chef Laurent Tourondel’s BLT Steak just opened at Camelback Inn. I got to sample the goods last night when AFM sponsored the restaurant’s opening soiree–and after a single bite of steak smothered in red wine sauce, I instantly became a fan.
