Carlson Creek Vineyard has kicked off a series of educational wine events at its just-opened Scottsdale tasting room.
“Educational wine classes and events are something we’ve always wanted to do, and are now able to offer thanks to our new space in Scottsdale,” says co-owner Robert Carlson III. “These classes will not only expand one’s knowledge of wine and the winemaking process, but will also touch on our company’s history and the growth of the Arizona wine industry.”
The series takes place every other Friday at 6 p.m. Each one-hour class will also allow ample time for Q&A and one-on-one time with the winemaker at only 14 people per class. Each class is $20 per person or $10 for Carlson Creek Wine Society members.The 2016 lineup is as follows:
