There are two things that Mom wants most of all this Mother’s Day: a strong cup of coffee and a good cocktail. Surprise the moms in your life with the best of both worlds by whipping up one of these cocktails by Caliche Rum.
Cali Café
2 oz Caliche Rum
1 oz Regular-Strength Brewed Cold Coffee
.25 oz Maraschino
.5 oz Cherry Heering
.5 oz Dark Simple Syrup
Mix ingredients. Garnish with orange peel and cherry.
Wake Up Call
1 oz Frangelico
1 oz Caliche Rum
.75 oz Cold Espresso
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass.

1 oz Caliche Rum
2 oz New Orleans style cold brew coffee (smoked)
.25 oz of Ancho Reyes
.25 oz Galliano
.25 oz Cynar
Splash of simple syrup
Splash of OJ
Combine all ingredients, shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a peel of orange with oils expressed over the top.
Deadly Dessert
1.5 oz Caliche Rum
.5 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Fill remaining glass with coffee. Garnish with whipped cream and caramel sauce. Combine coffee and rum in a glass and stir.
