Have you been to a store lately? The shelves are lined with Halloween costumes, decorations of pumpkins and fall leaves and candy–lots and lots of candy. While I can’t get enough of the orange tones and images of kiddos in their ballerina and superhero outfits, I also can’t get enough of the tasty fun-size chocolate treats, caramel apples and candy corn. While I’d be hard-pressed to find a low-calorie caramel apple, Sparkling ICE, a lightly-carbonated refreshment which combines fresh mountain spring water, natural fruit juices and six essential vitamins and antioxidants, has created a slew of tempting and low-fat cocktail recipes. (The drink even makes a great health-conscious alternative to sodas.)

Kiwi Strawberry Ice
1 oz. Stoli Vodka
2 Blackberries
Splash of lemon
Splash of white cranberry juice
Topped off with Strawberry Kiwi Sparkling ICE
Pink Grapefruit Ice
1 oz. Beefeater Gin
4 Cucumbers muddled
2 Drops of lime juice
1 oz. Blueberries muddled
Finished with Pink Grapefruit Sparkling ICE
Lemon Lime Ice
1 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1 Splenda
6 Basil leaves lightly muddled
Splash of lime
Finished with Lemon Lime Sparkling ICE
Orange Mango Ice
1 oz. Herradura Silver Tequila
3 Shiso leaves
Lime wedge muddled
Topped with Orange Mango Sparkling ICE
Black Raspberry Ice
1 oz. Makers Mark Bourbon
½ oz. Dry Vermouth
2 Bourbon Cherries
1 Splenda
Topped off with Black Raspberry Sparkling ICE
