Since many of you are likely hosting holiday soirees this weekend, here are two merry (and super quick and easy) Christmas cocktail recipes, brought to you by Rose’s Cocktail Infusions:
Peppermint-Pomegranate Martini
1 1/2 oz. Rose’s Cocktail Infusions pomegranate mix
1 1/2 oz. Premium vanilla vodka
1 C Ice, crushed
Dash of peppermint schnapps
Mini candy canes, some crushed
Dip rim of martini glass into Rose’s pomegranate mix and dip into crushed candy canes. Pour mix, vodka and schnapps into cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for five seconds and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a miniature candy cane.
Partridge in a Pear Tree
1 1/2 oz. Rose’s Cocktail Infusions pear mix
1 1/2 oz. Premium pear vodka
1 Mint sprig
Pears
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add one cup of crushed ice. Shake vigoursly for five seconds, and strain into martini glass. Garnish with mint sprig and pear wedge.
