This June 8, Sprinkles Scottsdale celebrates its eighth birthday. To celebrate, stop on by Sprinkles Cupcakes on June 8 and purchase eight cupcakes and Sprinkles will fill up the rest of the dozen box for free.
From June 6 to Sept. 30, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria will be offering 50 percent off certain bottles, carafes and glasses of wine and their Summertime Sangria (excluding house wine). They will also be featuring a Summertime Sangria (available for Tuesday Tastings) a deliciously refreshing berry sangria made with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
On Wednesday, June 8, Quiessence at the Farm at South Mountain will be hosting the last wine dinner for the season. This four-course wine dinner (with amuse) will feature selections from Sam Pillsbury of Pillsbury Wine and Maya Dailey of Maya’s Garden. Reservations accepted by phone at 602.276.0601
District American Kitchen and Wine Bar ushers in the new season with the launch of hot new summer menus. New dishes include NY pastrami benedict, brioche French toast, forbidden rice bowl and pork carnita fry bread, among other additions.
With a menu boasting everything from Korean BBQ and Bao Mi to ramen noodle bowls and Boba tea, Sobas is set to open at Gilbert’s burgeoning restaurant scene on June 4. At the new eatery, enjoy a variety of Asian flavors served counter-service style and a lively atmosphere.

Beginning  Monday,  June  6,  Lon’s at the Hermosa will  be opening  up  its  private  subterranean  wine  cellar  to  offer guests with a special menu, with a wine-pairing option available. Kept  at  a  57 degrees, the cellar is normally only open but private parties will   be  open  for  parties  of  two  or  more  through  Monday,  Sept. 5. Reservations are only  available  72 hours  in  advance  by  calling  LON’s  at  602.955.7878.

Sunday and Tuesday: half off select bottles of wine
Wednesday: Neighborhood Night featuring slow-roasted prime rib (9 oz. is $23, 12 oz. is $28) with two sides (choose from loaded potato gnocchi, seasonal vegetable, brussels sprouts, sweet potato fondant, pee wee potatoes with smoked blue cheese)
Thursday: Date Night featuring Bottle+ Board  for$30 (select bottle of white or red wine and a loaded meat and cheese board)
