So what if the only thing “sushi” about the new roll is it’s shape? Chef Andrew Nam’s new dessert replaces regular rice with a crunchy coating of “crisped” rice, and it features cookies-and-cream ice cream in the center. Completing the sushi experience, each Rice Crispy Treat Roll is served with a dipping sauce on the side.
