Through August, several Fox Restaurant Concepts eateries will host a series of Summer Experience Sessions. The events will feature cooking demos, food and drink pairings and more. Best of all, they’ll keep you out of the sun-drenched outdoors for a few hours.

June 28, 6 to 8 p.m., NoRTH at the Kierland Commons, 15024 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale
The Best of FRC Join CEO Sam Fox; Partner and Corporate Chef Christopher Cristiano; and Beverage Director Regan Jasper for a cooking demonstration and wine pairing class showcasing some of the bestselling dishes from FRC. The class is $35 per person and includes a four-course menu with wine and cocktail pairings.

July 13, 6 to 8 p.m., Olive & Ivy at the Scottsdale Waterfront, 7135 E. Camelback Rd., Scottsdale
Trust Table Event Hosted by CEO Sam Fox, FRC Beverage Director Regan Jasper and Executive Chef Clint Woods, the event will include a three-course menu with distinctive wine pairings while guests will have the opportunity to chat with the evening’s hosts. The cost is $40 per person.

July 17, 4 to 6 p.m., True Food Kitchen at the Biltmore Fashion Park, 2502 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix
Anti-inflammatory foodsJoin executive chef Michael Stebner for an experience like no other. Chef Stebner will host an interactive class illustrating the benefits of integrating anti-inflammatory foods into everyday diets. For $35 per person a three-course menu will be served along with beverage pairings.

August 21, 4 to 6, True Food Kitchen at the Biltmore Fashion Park, 2502 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix
Cooking with low glycemic whole grainsJoin an interactive class taught by Executive Chef Michael Stebner focusing on how to cook with slow digesting whole grains. For $35 per person a three-course menu will be served along with beverage pairings.

August 30, 6 to 8 p.m., Modern Steak at Scottsdale Fashion Square, 7014 E. Camelback Rd., Scottsdale,
Modern Menu Tasting CEO Sam Fox, Beverage Director Regan Jasper and Partner and Corporate Chef Christopher Cristiano host a three-course menu demonstration with distinctive wine pairings, while guests have the opportunity to chat with the evening’s hosts. The event is $40 per person.
