Who says you can’t fondue on a diet? The Valley’s Melting Pot restaurants have debuted a new Skinny Dipping menu, three courses that come in at less than 700 calories. The Melting Pot also has a selection of yummy, low-calorie cocktails for diners to choose from. The menu is available through March 31. So instead of forgoing your get-fit New Year’s resolution, sample the Skinny Dipping menu instead:
• Spinach Mushroom Salad (113 calories)
Fresh spinach, baby portobello mushrooms, red onion, chopped bacon and Roma tomatoes with a warm burgundy shallot vinaigrette
• Petite Seafood Trio (216 calories)
Wild-caught mahi mahi, Pacific white shrimp and Atlantic salmon
• Dark Chocolate Fondue (322 calories)
Served with ripe bananas, sweet pineapple chunks and delicious strawberries

• Fresh Berry Fizz (92 calories)
Voli Lemon Vodka, blackberries and fresh-squeezed lemon juice topped with club soda
• Mango Coconut Marteenie (158 calories)
Voli Mango Coconut Vodka, white cranberry juice and fresh-squeezed lemon juice
• Pretty in Pop (106 calories, pictured)
Voli Light Vodka and cranberry juice combined with muddled cucumber slices and fresh-squeezed lemon juice topped with club soda
