Thanks to a new health-conscious menu, guests at InterContinental Montelucia Resort’s Joya Spa, in Paradise Valley, can do their body good in more than one way. Joya Terrace, on the rooftop of Joya Spa, has launched a delectable new menu using the spa’s “core values of wellness and personal transformation.” Spa-goers can expect to see the following items on the new Joya Terrace menu (a few you might not expect to see on a healthy spa menu): Filet Mignon ($36), Chilled Golden Gazpacho ($8), Grilled Lobster Flatbread ($13), Smoked Salmon Club ($16), Haas Avocado and Watercress Salad ($9), and a low-fat, Fresh Fruit Napoleon ($9).
Plus, the new menu will also list all the needed nutritional information so guests can make the most informed dining decisions. 480.627.3020, www.joyaspa.com.
