We’re always excited for a unique, one-of-a-kind dining experience. And Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North is offering such an experience with the announcement of Feast. On the last Tuesday of every month, diners are invited to a lively, interactive night with the chef of Talavera, dining at a communal table and sampling an impromptu menu of seasonal tastes. The first event will kick off on next week on Tuesday, May 29, at 6:30 p.m. “Guests can expect a much more rustic style at our ‘Feast’ events,” says Executive Sous Chef Jesse Hansen. “Think whole roasts, carved tableside, and family-style sides served for the table. The emphasis is on freshness, and the menu will be created from whatever inspires us that day.”
Don’t wait long before making your reservations for Feast; Feast will be an intimate experience for up to 10 guests. Feast includes a three-course menu, accompanied by local Arizona Stronghold wine. The evening begins with “table talk,” a casual conversation with Hansen and the guests about the menu for the night, and a complimentary toast. Hansen will then build a menu crafted from the freshest seasonal items, drawing from Talavera’s extensive partnership with local farms and purveyors. Hansen will join the party for the dinner portion of the night.
Feast is $68 per guest, and includes a glass of Arizona wine, as well as coffee and bottled water. Advance reservations are required; please call Talavera Restaurant Coordinator Whitney Stark at 480.513.5029 for more information or to reserve your spot. www.fourseasons.com/scottsdale.
