Whether you are craving burgers or grilled cheese, chocolate or ramen, the Valley has a food truck to kick that hunger pang. The Food Truck Caravan, which is held every Saturday night from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. on the northwest corner of 5th Ave. and Goldwater in Scottsdale, has an announced its March lineup.
March 14 Lineup includes: Buzz N Bee, Triple Dot, Aioli Burger, Best Dressed, Burgers Amore, Roadriggers, and Saffron JAK. The Caravan Café will feature Go Coffee and Sugar Jam Cookies.
March 21 Lineup includes: Affogato, Aioli Burger, Frank’s, Grilled Cheese Truck, Roadriggers, Nicastro Wood Fire Pizza, Queso Good, Roasted Shallot, Rooster Kountry Kitchen, Lobster Lady, Buzz N Bee, SuperFarm SuperTruck and Udder Delights. The Caravan Café will feature Sugar Jam Cookies and Chocolade Van Brugge.
March 28 Lineup includes: Buzz N Bee, Triple Dot, Aioli Burger, Frank’s, Sweet Magnolia, Nicastro Wood Fire Pizza, Queso Good, Satay Hut and Yatai Ramen. The Caravan Café will feature Go Coffee and Sugar Jam Cookies.
Caravan Cafe is Food Truck Caravan’s new open-air market serving specialty coffee drinks and gourmet pastry and desserts from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Diners can also enjoy live music, bistro-style seating and heaters each week.
For a truly special evening, caravaners can even reserve a tent designed and sit back and enjoy the evening as a local chef takes you through a five course culinary adventure. The décor in the Mirage Tent is Moroccan themed with comfortable seating, posh pillows, blankets and lighting. The Mirage Tent rents for $100 and up. The Pharaoh Tent is another tent that guests can rent for private parties. It’s decorated with comfortable seating, posh pillows, blankets and lighting and can be reserve for groups of six to 10 people.
