Going out to lunch on a workday can sometimes be a bother. Who can sit around and wait for lunch when you only have an hour to spare? Phoenix’s St. Francis is now meeting the need of harried weekday diners with its new Business Lunch. Chef and owner Aaron Chamberlin has designed the Business Lunch menu to incorporate three courses (that usually starts with a divine salad then a more hearty course) with a delicious to-go dessert–warm freshly-baked cookies to bring back to the office. It also includes a guarantee that guests can have lunch and be ready to return to work in just 30 minutes. The three-course business lunch is $18. The to-go cookies will change daily and include chocolate-peanut butter cookies, ginger snaps with a cream cheese filling, sugar-dusted short bread cookies and more. (And, believe us, if you order a few extra bags of the out-of-this-world cookies for your co-workers, you’ll be the office favorite.) 111 E.
