Served from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 14, the four-course menu created by Artizen Director of Culinary Experiences Dushyant Singh is crafted with local ingredients to bring outstanding flavor and individuality to each dish.
For course one, select from a lobster bisque with tarragon chimichurri or roasted white asparagus with a ramen egg, cashew butter and orange miso emulsion and then enjoy a winter squash salad for course two. The third course includes choice of roasted branzino with charred octopus, filet of beef “rossini” with foie torchon or caramelized fennel risotto with pink grapefruit, gremolata and Meyer lemon extra virgin olive oil. The finale is a selection of hibiscus crème brûlée or chocolate chile fudge cake.
