NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER
Start your New Year’s Eve off right with dinner at Hotel Palomar’s Blue Hound Kitchen. With two rounds of seating, you have opportunity to dine in elegance like Gatsby himself.
The dinner is a six-course, prix-fixe menu prepared by Executive Chef Sean Currid. 
The first dinner seating is at 6 p.m. and starts at $90 per person.
The second dinner seating is at 9 p.m. and starts at $100 per person.

GATBSY UNDER THE STARS PARTY
Hotel Palomar’s LUSTRE Rooftop Bar will be the place to be to ring in 2017. Starting at 7 p.m. , this party will serve complimentary passed appetizers and include 20s-inspired cocktails to really get you in the Gatsby mood.
DJ Kim E Fresh and DJ Jen Jones will be playing beats all night long, and the photo booth and champagne bar will be there for even more NYE fun.
There is a $40 cover for the party and open only to guests 21+.
