CINCO DE MAYO GOLF & CIGAR DINNER
As the first of what is sure to be a long tradition, this inaugural Cinco de Mayo golf and cigar dinner will kick off at 2 p.m. with a round of golf on the resort’s greens, The Short Course. Following your time on the links, appetizers, dinner and drinks will be served at the resort’s signature restaurant, Hearth ’61, at 7 p.m. This meal will feature items such as Guaymas Shrimp, Green Chile Pork Belly, Achiote-Rubbed Beef Tenderloin, and more.
And let’s not forget the cigars. Provided by Cigar King, they will be available throughout this event. With cigars ranging from full-bodied to mellow, there is something for every cigar lover out there.

MOTHER’S DAY AT HEARTH ’61
In celebration of its first Mother’s Day, Mountain Shadows will be offering not only a Mother’s Day brunch, but also a Mother’s Day dinner.
BRUNCH
Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and will be filled with mouth-watering morsels such as Strawberry Quinoa Salad, Smoked Salmon, Prime Niman Ranch Flatiron Steak, Crab Cake Benedict, Rack of Colorado Lamb and much, much more. You can opt for the buffet or a la carte entrees so that you and the special mom in your life get exactly what you want.
Brunch is priced at $61 per person and $19 for children 12 and under
DINNER
Mother’s Day dinner at Hearth ’61 will serve the regular dinner menu as well as these special items:
- Cream of Asparagus Soup with meyer lemon and brioche croutons
- Pan-Seared Sea Bass with miso glaze and roasted spring vegetables
- Strawberry Shortcake with creme anglaise and strawberry coulis
