The Resort’s Aloha Package offers island-inspired family fun with surfing and bodyboarding on the Kierland FlowRider wave simulator, island-themed family activities led by the Resort’s award-winning FUN team and a summer menu of the flavors, sights and sounds of the islands.
The Kierland FlowRider is a thrill to ride and to watch as it combines the look of surfing, the ride of snowboarding and the tricks of skateboarding with boards derived from wakeboarding. Designed to handle watery wipeouts, the FlowRider’s composite membrane waveform absorbs the energy of impacts, so no skill is required for first time riders. In addition to the Kierland FlowRider, summer fun-seekers can enjoy the Resort’s 110-foot waterslide and 900-foot-long lazy river.
Available from May 26 through Sept. 1, the ALOHA Package features Buy One Get One Free rides on the Kierland FlowRider and a $50 dining credit per room per night. Guests also can enjoy advance reservations on the FlowRider and an Aloha Package welcome amenity. Plus, nightly through July 4 the Resort will present the Star-Spangled Sundown, a patriotic 3-D PaintScaping Lightshow set to music.
