Food Network star Chef Beau MacMillan and his celebrity guest chefs continue the tradition of Sanctuary’s popular series during this 12th season. Lunch & Learn dinners will be hosted by Chef Beau MacMillan in the ballroom at Sanctuary from 6-10pm. On Friday, October 18, Food Network executive Andrew Schechter joins local chefs Mark Tarbell and Lee Hillson — and on Saturday, November 30, Chef Paul Boehmer shows the results of his journey through the best restaurants of Toronto. On both evenings, in addition to a three-course meal paired with wine or cocktails, guests will enjoy lessons on preparing the culinary specialties plus recipes to take home. On Saturday, November 29, Chef Boehmer joins Chef Beau and twelve guests for an intimate dinner at XII, the ultimate private dining room…where a wall of curtains and sliding glass doors can be opened to offer a backstage pass into the exhibition kitchen. The evening features a tasting experience that includes a multi-course menu paired with wines. See more at sanctuaryaz.com/Food/Events/LunchLearn.html.

Expanded indoor seating provides more comfort to guests…with a separate jade onyx drink rail, unique to Arizona, and dramatic views from floor-to-ceiling windows.
