Each dish has a well thought out and original touch by Dushyant Singh, director of culinary experiences, for a combination of traditional and classic with an added element of fun and adventurous flavor.

Here’s what kinds of delicious new menu items guests can look forward to:

  • New breakfast items include Blueberry Bacon Waffles with sweet crema and bourbon maple, Avocado Asparagus Toast with Queen Creek olive oil and topped with an egg, and Smoked Salmon Tower with lemon cream cheese, local tomatoes, shaved onion, watercress, and bagel crisps.
  • Selections from the lunch menu include the signature Camby Tortilla Soup with avocado, crema, cilantro, and blue corn crostini. For a lighter option, guests can choose the Spring Cucumber Salad with local Persian cucumbers, pickled red onion, shaved fennel, mint, and coconut or the Chopped Chicken Salad with marinated skirt steak, avocado, Arizona cherry tomatoes, heirloom black beans, green onions, tortilla strips, and chipotle buttermilk ranch.
  • Diners can enjoy items from the dinner menu such as the Grilled 10 oz Pork Chop, cooked at 175 degrees for nearly two hours to acquire the perfect, even flavor, and served with Granny Smith apples and Calvados. Another standout item are the Diver Scallops, a mix of sweet and spicy, and crafted with lobster saffron emulsion, chorizo jam, roasted red pepper, and local Arizona dates. Additional dinner dishes include Steak Tartar in roasted bone marrow, Burrata Salad with roasted strawberries, marinated tomatoes, hazelnut butter, and truffle honey, and Duck Tamales with salsa verde and white chocolate mole.
