At The House Brasserie on Feb. 10, 2013, veteran cheesemonger Lara Mulchay of Hotdish Inc. presented a journey of artisan cheeses. Guests enjoyed a four course sampling of artisan cheese and wine to accompany the cheeses. The tasting featured an overview about the cheese makers and the process of cheese making.
