Celebrating its 26th season, last Sunday A'Fair on Jan. 13, 2013 featured a free outdoor concert in Scottsdale Civic Center Park, with the fantastic Marty Party Band, along with a fine arts and crafts market and fun activities for children and families. Despite the cold temperature, many brave souls participated and some kept warm by dancing to the great music of the band!
