The 2013 Face of Foothills and Future Face of Foothills winners were announced before a huge crowd on the rooftop of the W Scottsdale on Nov. 8, 2012. The Face of Foothills winner will grace the cover of the January 2013 issue and the header of AZFoothills.com for 2013.
