Dudley is a five-year-old basset hound and Abe is a three-month-old West Highland Terrier mix looking for new loving homes.
Hi my name is Dudley, I am a five-year-old basset hound. I love to sleep and follow my foster mom around. I will fall asleep where she is and move when she moves. I also enjoy sunbathing in the grass and going for short walks. I am doggy door trained, potty trained, and I know sit, lay down, shake, and roll over. I am a very mellow dog and I am looking for a quiet home. You can trust me to be by myself during the day and I will greet you in true basset fashion when you get home by baying and wiggling in excitement. I love having my belly rubbed and generally any attention you can give me. I get along with my foster siblings but I would do better in a single dog home where I can be the center of attention. I have not been around cats but I would probably just ignore them (too much effort to chase them). I do well with kids but I am better with older kids who won't pull on my ears. I am an adult dog. I will need to be fed alone because I am very serious about my food, my foster mom feeds me in the laundry room and I relax as soon as I am allowed to eat in peace. I am neutered, up to date on my vaccinations and micro chipped. I would love to meet you and show you how much love I have to give!!

Honest Abe did not deserve to be dumped at the dog park. He's only a few months old and deserves a loving home. Abe is still a puppy, so he'll need training, but he is house trained. As a Westie mix, he doesn't shed, but will need regular grooming.
The ideal home for Abe will be a place where he won't be alone for more than 4 hours a day. He is young, so he doesn't have any issues and would be good with other dogs of similar size. When full grown, he'll only be about 15 pounds. Abe loves to play, loves other dogs and could learn to live with cats.
Abe is up-to-date on vaccines, and will be micro chipped and neutered prior to adoption. His adoption fee is $250. If you'd like to meet Abe, please submit an application.
