Schumi is a four-month-old male Dachshund/Terrier mix and Buffy is a three-year-old female Pointer/Hound mix looking for new loving homes.

Schumi is one sweet puppy. He is very friendly with everyone, people, dogs you name it, he just wants to play. Schumi is neutered and up to date on his vaccines. He is also micro chipped. Schumi is a baby and is still learning all of his basic commands.  Schumi is looking for a family that can spend time with him and teach him the ropes. This little chap will need a training commitment.

He is also currently looking for a foster home. If you can’t commit long term to a dog, fostering is ideal. We provide food, bedding and pay for vet visits if needed, you just provide the love. Buffy came to us from Prescott, where she had been abandoned. Buffy is one of the sweetest dogs we have ever taken in to the rescue. Buffy is spayed, up to date on vaccines and micro chipped. Buffy is a special needs dog, she has a mangled front leg and paw. It is hard to tell if it was due to abuse or a birth defect. It does NOT slow her down, she walks, runs and plays, but she will never be able to go on very long walks or hikes with her new family. Buffy is great with other dogs, cats and really loves kids. Buffy is a very special dog, once you meet her you will see that too.
