A typical day in my life includes…
a great workout, something healthy to eat and a cup of coffee. Put on some good tunes to get into my zone for work. Then work away for most likely the whole day or until I’ve accomplished all that I can for that day. I enjoy what I do so when I’m working I don’t feel like I’m working. Oh, and I’ll grab a late dinner usually and call it a day, maybe top it off with a casual swim.
