Title: Medical Maverick, Healthcare Rebel, CEO and founder of LifeScape Premier and LifeScape Medical and Healthy LifeStars Advisory Board Member

Married/Single: Married…happily.

Kids: 3 amazing daughters and a golden retriever (my furry 4-legged child).

City you live in: Scottsdale

A typical day in my life includes…

about a million e-mails & lots of laughter with my patients, staff, and family.

I was born…

in Milwaukee, Wisconsin…but my Dad’s mid-life crisis moved us to Hawaii where I grew up.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

sunrises, sunsets, breathtaking views.

I’m listening to…

anything inspiring and empowering.

My family…

keeps me humble and inspired.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

Winston Churchill – a maverick with a sharp wit.

One thing I cannot live without…

a self-defrosting refrigerator (I’m pretty low maintenance).

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

a doctor…wow, how cool is that?! Gotta love this country!

I’m inspired by…

people who overcome incredible obstacles. I never cease to be amazed by the power of the human spirit.

The one person who motivates me is…

my husband, who believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

divisiveness.

The perfect day would be…

eating breakfast outside with my dog, hiking, meditating, chilling with a good book, movie or football game and a happy dinner with my family.

My first job was…

doing inventory for my Dad’s yacht brokerage and running elevators for my Mom’s real estate open house.

My favorite escape…

nature – in any way, shape or form.

My life…

is incredibly blessed.

I’m currently working on…

a couple books and educational programs…stay tuned!

I am also working with Healthy LifeStars (HLS) on their upcoming auction dinner to help raise funds on November 9th so children can participate in the HLS healthy lifestyle extracurricular program free of cost!

Always…

BE GRATEFUL! Gratefulness is the antidote for all that is negative.

Never…

indulge in negativity; filter your inputs and listen to, watch, read, or hang out with that which inspires, empowers, motivates, or lifts your spirit.

Favorite Quote…

Success. To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.”

Biggest Dream…

to inspire health globally & be the Tony Robbins of healthcare!

My Pet Peeve(s)…

people who reside perpetually in “blame, shame, criticize, & complain” – what an incredible waste of life.
