A typical day in my life includes…

kissing my girls; working out; helping people get healthy; video calls to partners; leading conditioning for the Fountain Hills Girls Volleyball Team; calling my mother; making a healthy dinner for my family; preparing for the next day.

I was born…

into a hardworking family with an Italian mother who cooks, bakes and looks better than Giada, and a railroad working, school lunch delivering, body building, German dad.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

is the weather.

I’m listening to…

my girls…and hoping I can keep my mouth shut…

My family…

means the world to me and I would do anything for them.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

Pope Francis.

One thing I cannot live without…

is my beautiful wife, Anne-Marie.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

a carpenter.

I’m inspired by…

people who work hard, respect others, go above and beyond the norm, think outside the box, aren’t afraid to try something, empower others and are optimistic.

The one person who motivates me is…

one cannot be motivated to take action by someone, it must come from within. Therefore, I am my own motivator.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

the lack of appreciation other countries have for the aid, help and sacrifice that the United States consistently provides.

The perfect day would be…

hanging out with my girls with no work, no cell phones and no stress!

My first job was…

picking cabbage at a Lefty’s Farm after school. The smell of cabbage still brings me back to those carefree days.

My favorite escape…

is enjoying the mountains outside of Cody, Wyoming.

My life…

has been blessed through ups and downs and twists and turns.

I’m currently working on…

becoming a better man (50 years and I still have a lot of work to do).

Always…

treat your elders with respect… you will be one soon enough.

Never…

be afraid to say hi or smile at someone you don’t know. It might just be all they need to make a bad day a good one!

Favorite Quote…

“When you are busy doing things you love, you will always love to be busy.”

Biggest Dream…

was being able to fly wherever I wanted.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

drivers who don’t slow down and let others change lanes in front of them.
