Tour new home models and sample some of the Valley’s best gourmet food trucks at Vistancia’s Fifth Annual Food Truck Experience on Saturday, March 19 from 11 AM – 3 PM.

Vistancia, the award-winning master planned community in North Peoria, will host 11 gourmet food trucks, including: Spice It Up, a finalist on the Food Network’s “Great Food Truck Race”; Waffle Love, another Food Network star; and LA Roots, which has appeared on the Cooking Channel’s “Eat St.”

Vistancia’s annual food truck event will also feature - The Panini People, Kruzin Cuizine, Mustache Pretzels, Pour Jo Coffee, Aioli Burger, Livin Lite, Big Muzzy’s Indigenous Burritos and Dough Mama Woodfired Pizza.

Food truck samples will range from all natural gyros and pitas, falafel sliders, fresh and authentic Mexican cuisine, wood-fired pizza, paninis, gourmet waffles, mustache pretzels, and made-to-order lattes.

Free and open to the public, guests are invited to enjoy the food trucks while touring over 30 of Vistancia’s new home models, in neighborhoods by Ashton Woods, David Weekley Homes, Mattamy Homes, Meritage Homes, Shea Homes and Toll Brothers.

The gourmet food truck event begins at the Vistancia Information Center at 12026 W. Lone Mountain Parkway, where visitors will receive a community map and a passport for free food truck samples, and can also enter for the chance to win a $250 Sprouts gift card and raffle prizes.

Attendees are encouraged to donate non-perishable items to St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance, donation boxes will be located at each new home neighborhood to help fight hunger throughout the Valley.

Blackstone Country Club at Vistancia will also offer private Clubhouse tours and gourmet desserts, like carrot cake cupcakes and salted caramel ice cream, from Executive Chef Steven Duarte. Visitors can enter for a chance to win a foursome of golf at the award-winning Jim Engh-designed private golf course.
