Ready, Set, Go… 2011!

Rowland Luxury Homes would like to wish everyone a healthy and prosperous New Year! RLH is flourishing in what some call a down economy or “recession”. “We are ready to GO this New Year; we’re excited about having our year already booking up with business!” says Managing Partner, Guy Loisi. “Friends and associates keep telling me, ‘We’re not sure what you’re doing, but keep doing it!’ We focus on the basics – fulfilling our clients’ needs and providing the best quality and service for the best price we can.”

RLH is currently the contractor working on the following projects: the Chateau on Central, 21 single family luxury residences; remodel work at the Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa; the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel; Terravita Country Club; as well as operator improvements to the award-winning InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa for which RLH completed the original construction that finished in 2008 on the resort and residential villas. RLH is also getting ready to start various other residential and hospitality projects.
