I used to wear dresses and stilettos on a regular basis.

That was before kids.

Now I wear yoga clothes, and I admittedly don’t do yoga.

However, I know that a fashionista still exists deep down inside myself, even though I rarely have time to apply make up and answer more to “mom” than “Nadine.”

And so, I thoroughly enjoyed putting together this fashion-forward gift guide for the holiday season. There’s something for everyone.

Let’s start with mom.  Here are my picks—stuff any woman or wife would love. Click the titles to be directed to the product. (Or you can watch the All Things Mama TV video!)

The Hammitt Tote:

This everyday bag is totally elegant, flaunting soft, quality leather with a pop of rich red suede. The inside is colorfully lined and equipped with multiple compartments.

Balini Yoga Gear:

Comfortable and stylish for yogis (and non yogis). There are plenty of tanks, tops, and pants to choose from and everything features a waterproof, washable fabric.

The Silver Spinner Ring from Sweet Blossom Gifts:

Every mom wants jewelry—just nothing dangly and obtrusive to get in the way of washing hands and doing dishes. This simple ring is perfect and meaningful. It can be personalized to accommodate multiple names and spins around the base making for a unique touch.

The Avondale Parka from Under Armor:

An A-list look for winter weather and snowy sports. It’s warm, waterproof, and fashionable. There’s a cool removable fur trim and plenty of pockets for easy storage. Three colors to choose from.

Shoes of Prey:

My latest obsession. At Shoes of Prey, you can literally design your own shoes. You choose the style, colors, materials and heel height. You can mix and match over 250 materials including velvet, snakeskin, fish skin, silk, suede and leather. Available online and at select Nordstrom’s.

The Hytail Hat:

For the long-haired exercise enthusiast. These hats allow women to comfortably wear their hair high in a ponytail (with or without a hair tie), while on the court, in the field, during a run or relaxing in the sun.

ZINK’s Mini Boxcar Bag:

Made of vegan materials. A great goes-with-anything clutch with a hidden magnetic flap closure. Plenty of pockets, and a percentage of proceeds benefit the American Heart Association.

The Woman’s Starfish Collar Top from Land’s End:

Consider this a savvy spin on the cliché sweatshirt; a soft, warm long-sleeved shirt with a beautiful collar for chilly nights. Can easily be dressed up or down.

And here’s one for dad.

The Men’s Fine Quarter Zip 100% Cashmere Sweater from Land’s End:

This classic slim fit sweater is a win-win no matter what. It looks great, feels great, and is made from 100% cashmere. It neatly layers with a dress shirt or easily fits under a blazer. Hand wash or dry clean only.

‘Tis time for the kiddos…

Kutie Koutire Boutique Rompers & Accessories:

This Scottsdale based company is bringing you A-list apparel at an affordable price. Handmade original items make for adorable pieces accented with flowers, bows, and beyond. Plenty of color options and designs to choose from. There are even options for moms--#twinsies!

Lily & Momo Princess Bag:

If I had a girl, she’d definitely be carrying this super cute mini handbag. Decorated with a posh princess, this bag has a zipper closure and shoulder strap so your little one can be just like mom.

Little Mr. Personalized Bow Ties:

But as a blessed boy mama, I still indulge in dress up. These are must haves for little guys—button on bow ties that are easy to put on and makes any shirt pop. Patterned, solid, and personalized bow ties for trendsetting sons!

Native Boots:

The latest from Native—a fab shoe brand for kids (and adults). These boots are waterproof, washable, odor resistant, comfortable, and cute. Ideal for splashing in puddles.

Feltman Brothers:

Style meets sophistication fit for your little prince or princess. Feltman's offers an array of timeless fashion for babies in classic tradition. I consider their stuff elegant vintage great for holiday wear and special occasions. My pick: their outfit sweater sets-- adorable!

KicKee Pants Loungewear:

This material is uber soft. Sizes run small, so order big. However, washes fantastic and super snuggly. LOVE.

Robeeez Shoes:

Girl and boy options. Coming from a boy mom, I like the loafers, as they are handsome and soft soled with elastic so they don’t slip off.

Cienta Shoes:

Definitely get familiar with this European brand. Their eco-friendly shoe designs are very rock star. Cienta Shoes are machine washable; my son has adorable slips-ons.

Fjallraven Mini Backpack:

Don’t try to pronounce it. This Swedish brand boasts colorful mini backpacks for young school goers. It has adjustable straps and plenty of storage for snacks and small toys.

Boys USN Pea Coat by Alpha Industries:

Kids can rock a cool, classic look with this double-breasted, 10 button wool coat. It has a nylon quilted lining, large hand-warmer pockets, and is suitable for temperatures 25 degrees and above.

The Hatley Puffer Jacket:

The reversible feature makes this jacket very special. One side is printed and the other is solid colored, making for easy matching any outfit. It’s made from natural fibers. Warm and waterproof for snow play.

Lands End Quilted Sherpa Hoodie:

A handsome, practical addition to any boy’s closet. This ultra soft Sherpa-lined zippy has a quilted front that gives it a cozy texture. Machine washable.

The Crossover Rain Jacket from Showers Pass

If you have an active little girl or guy, this lightweight, waterproof jacket is a must-have. The breathable fabric makes it great for bike riding or playground playing. As a bonus, it has a reflective trim that makes it visible in low light.
